Rock N Roll Gold bicycle chain lube is the ultimate all-weather lube for road and mountain bikes. It's easy, quick, and our favourite! Simple and quick to apply, it cleans and lubes the chain.
The formulation goes deep down into the chain and traps any dirt. Then, with the energy of the chain freewheeling backwards, the dirt and grit floats to the surface so you can wipe it all off, leaving a new and clean application of lube inside the chain, where it’s needed.
Application instructions: Shake bottle well and apply a stream of lube to the chain at the cassette. Do not drip the lube on like you would oil - this isn't oil. Ensure the chain is well coated because this lube cleans and lubricates all in one. Freewheel the chain backwards for about 5 seconds and wipe off all the excess lube, ensuring the chain is as clear of lube as it can be.
We recommend re-application for this lube approximately every 500km of regular riding, after each wet or rainy ride, or as otherwise required if your chain starts to squeak or feel rough.
