Not the right size, or not what you are expecting? No worries!
All products may be returned and exchanged within 30 DAYS of purchase if in an unused and resalable condition.
Simply return the product in a saleable condition (with tags and packaging if relevant), your proof of purchase and your contact details, and let us know what you need instead.
Too Easy - we recognise buying on the net and for other people is hard, so we make swapping easy, and do it regularly.
If you can't find something to suit, we will provide a credit note. Please note that sale-priced items sell fast and a full size/colour range in run-out items may not be available for your exchange.

Our refund policy complies with all Australian State and Federal standards. Essentially if a product is not fit for purpose or is misrepresented, we will happily refund!
