Excess Postage costs – some large or bulky items occur express postage costs if shipped – basically what will not reasonably fit in Australia Post satchel or similar small parcel i.e. pannier racks, bike bags etc. We will contact you to arrange excess postage on these items before shipping.
We mostly fill orders same day or next day - our staff even fill orders across the weekend. Typically if we receive an order before 1pm we have it in the post the same day. This time may increase by up to three business days if we consolidate product or need to bring in a product. Note we only list products that are physically in store, or on short delivery from suppliers by prior agreement. If we are unable to ship within one business day for any reason we will e-mail you in the first instance. We use Australia Post’s Regular Post delivery service, unless Express Post is selected.
When we ship we provide a confirmation email with estimated delivery time from Australia Post. Should a parcel go astray with regular post we have limited ability to track the order. Replacing lost items through regular post is at our discretion. Express post items will be replaced if lost in transit.
We regularly ship internationally … and to some surprising places – however due to the range of options and costs we prefer that you contact us by email initially and we can give you shipping options before you order. Either place an order and we will contact you about purchasing additional shipping cost, or contact us before you order – which we prefer.
