The Netti Diva D3 women's cycling rain jacket is the ultimate flexible waterproof, windproof rain jacket - this will keep you as dry as you can be on the bike. It is very popular with serious commuters and tourers. It is loaded with features that will keep you comfortably protected from the wind and rain. For example the arms are removable with zips. This allows partial venting by undoing the zip (the zips are mirrors so both can be zipped from the front upwards - while moving) or fully removed to turn the jacket into a vest. It also has a detachable waterproof hood. This jacket is used by serious commuters and tourers who will be out in the weather - whatever weather there is.
