The Netti D3 is the ultimate waterproof, windproof rain jacket for cyclists. This will keep you as dry and as comfortable as you can be on a bike in wet weather, and provides a remarkable number of options. For example the arms are removable with zips. This allows partial venting by undoing the zip, or fully removed to turn the jacket into a vest. It also has a detachable waterproof hood -though this seems to be rarely used in Australia. This jacket is a favourite of serious commuters and tourers who will be out in the weather - whatever weather there is.
